Hilton Head Property Partners was founded by Brian and Aidan Ahern after they experienced a familiar Lowcountry problem: even capable homeowners can struggle to find reliable providers, coordinate schedules, and make sure the work gets completed. The challenge becomes even greater for buyers, second-home owners, and families managing property from out of state.

Brian brings decades of executive leadership and company-building experience. Aidan brings hands-on experience in property development and contractor coordination. Together, they built HHPP around local relationships, responsive communication, and personal accountability.

Today, HHPP connects clients with a vetted network of 60+ service partners across 14 trades and remains involved from the first request through final follow-through. It is a local, personal alternative to managing a property through a collection of disconnected phone calls.
