Your realtor sells homes. HHPP handles everything operational between contract and closing — inspection scheduling, vendor access, repair coordination, pre-closing prep. These are 10–20 hours of work per transaction most homeowners don't have time for. We work alongside your realtor, not instead of them.
How does billing work for ongoing property care?+
We centralize everything into a single monthly invoice. Rather than receiving separate bills from your landscaper, HVAC company, pest control service, and cleaning crew, you get one itemized statement from HHPP covering all vendor activity on your property. No surprises, no chasing down invoices from six different companies.
What if I only need help with one thing?+
That's completely fine. Some clients come to us for transaction concierge only. Others just need help managing a renovation. We don't require long-term commitments upfront — we earn the relationship by doing excellent work. If you need one thing done well, start there. Many of our ongoing care clients started with a single closing.
How do you select the vendors and contractors you work with?+
Every vendor in our network has been personally vetted — licensed and insured, with a track record of showing up when they say they will and doing quality work. Aidan's six years working alongside general contractors means we know what good looks like, and we don't compromise on it. If a vendor doesn't perform, they're out of our network. Our reputation depends on theirs.
I live out of state. Can HHPP really manage everything remotely?+
That's exactly who we were built for. Out-of-state and absentee owners are our specialty. We handle everything on the ground — vendor coordination, property check-ins, storm preparation, emergency response — and communicate clearly so you always know what's happening without being buried in details. What does storm preparation look like?+
Hilton Head and Bluffton take storm season seriously, and so do we. When a storm threatens, we coordinate shutter installation or window boarding, secure outdoor furniture and equipment, check drainage and potential water entry points, and document property condition before and after. For out-of-state owners especially, storm prep is often the single highest-value service we provide.
